Reservation & Weather Policy

Because our pontoon boats are reserved exclusively for you, all reservations are final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

We understand that weather forecasts can change quickly, especially in Southern Illinois. Forecasts showing a chance of rain do not necessarily mean it will rain on Lake of Egypt, and many forecasted storms never impact the lake.

If you are unable to use your reservation, we are happy to reschedule your rental for another available date within one year of your original reservation.

For the safety of our guests, Weiner Rides reserves the right to delay or suspend rentals due to severe weather conditions such as lightning, high winds, or other unsafe conditions. If weather prevents your rental from safely taking place, we will work with you to reschedule your reservation.

We appreciate your understanding, as reserving a boat means that date is no longer available for other families to enjoy.
